The Resolution Roadmap ™ was developed by RRA to assist lenders and investors in their evaluation of the real property asset. The RRA Resolution Roadmap is designed to enhance the usefulness of any previously provided Due Diligence Assessment and focus specifically on the issues identified and recommendations provided in the assessment. The information available to RRA is limited to what has been provided in the Due Diligence Assessment.
The first step taken in creating The Resolution Roadmap is to take the Due Diligence Assessment’s individual issues and recommendations and combine them into logical groups. This not only allows for a clearer understanding of the issues, their relationship to one another and to the asset, but it also provides a manageable guide for future action. Each group is addressed in a single page and includes several sections that fulfill the following:
- Explanation of the present condition of the issues and recommendations mentioned in the Due Diligence Report.
- Explanation of the importance of the issues, including the resulting effect should the issues not be cured.
- Step by step guide with recommendations to address and manage each specific issue.
