Ryan Weed, P.E., Advisor
As an Arizona resident for over 25 years, Ryan Weed has deep ties within the community and state. Ryan is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and has over 15 years of experience as a Registered Civil Engineer. 13 years have been with Coe & Van Loo Consultants, Inc. In his role as Vice President, Director of Land Development, he has been responsible for all elements of civil engineering design and project management. Ryan’s engineering expertise ranges from engineering design, feasibility, due diligence, and coordination of sub-consultants; and has been applied to all facets of real estate projects, from single and multi-family residential, commercial, transportation, public works, and energy. He has also completed projects varying from public parks and recreational areas to large master planned communities which ranged in size from 5 to 3,000 acres. Mr. Weed has a successful track record navigating compliance with the many municipalities in the metropolitan area and is familiar with development requirements within these municipalities. As the manager of an agile high performance team, coupled with his extensive project experience, Ryan has been able to react quickly and strategically to adapt to market and project conditions.
