Marc Grayson, Advisor
Marc Grayson has over 15 years of commercial development and construction experience having been involved in projects totaling more than 3,500,000 sf with a market value in excess of $750,000,000. His career began working with some of the largest developers in Arizona. He spent much of his early years in the industry with Ryan Companies US, Inc. as a Project Manager overseeing a variety of high profile office, industrial and retail projects. Following his tenure with Ryan, he joined Vestar Development Co. where he continued to develop his management skills overseeing some of the largest retail projects in Arizona. He then founded Grayson Consulting Group to provide development services to the commercial real estate industry. He ran this company until joining Realty Resolution Advisors in 2009.
Marc holds a Bachelor in Construction Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University. He is a member of a number of industry organizations including CoreNet (Board Member, Programs Chair), the Urban Land Institutes (Past YLG Chair, Programs Committee), NAIOP Developing Leaders (Executive Committee Member), Valley Partnership (member), Turnaround Management Association (Member) and Lambda Alpha (Member). He has held an active real estate license in the State of Arizona for the past 8 years.
