Marc Grayson, Advisor
Marc Grayson has over 15 years of commercial real estate development, management and construction experience having been involved in projects totaling more than 3,500,000 sf. He has worked with some of the most highly respected real estate developers in California, Colorado, Minnesota and Arizona. Marc's career began in Denver where he worked with Neenan Company developing and building a mid-rise office tower next to Coors Field in the downtown Lodo District of Denver. Following completion of that project, Marc returned to Arizona where he joined Ryan Companies US, Inc. as a Project Manager overseeing a variety of high profile office, industrial and retail projects including the Phelps Dodge Tower, a high-rise office building in downtown Phoenix next to Chase Field. Following his tenure with Ryan, he joined Vestar Development Company where he continued to develop his management skills overseeing some of the largest retail projects in Arizona including Crossroads Towne Center in Gilbert (1.2mm sf), Queen Creek Marketplace in Queen Creek (900,000 sf), Oro Valley Marketplace in Oro Valley (1.1mm sf), Gilbert Gateway Towne Center in Gilbert (800,000sf) and Tempe Marketplace in Tempe (1.2mm). Following his time with Vestar, Marc founded Grayson Consulting Group to provide owners representation services to the commercial real estate industry including project management and financial modeling. He ran his company until partnering with Realty Resolution Advisors in mid-2009. As a Director with RRA, Marc is responsible for all daily operations with a primary focus on portfolio and asset management.
Marc holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Construction Management from Arizona State University. He is a member of a number of industry organizations including CoreNet (Board Member, Programs Chair), the Urban Land Institutes (Past Chair, Programs Committee), NAIOP (Executive Committee Member), Turnaround Management Association (Member) and Lambda Alpha International (Member). He has held an active real estate license in the State of Arizona for the past 8 years and is currently a commissioner with the Scottsdale Industrial Development Authority.
