Larry Sullivan has more than 36 years of land surveying experience with emphasis on horizontal and vertical controls for large mapping projects, A.L.T.A. surveys, topographic surveys, office calculations, researching and the composition of legal descriptions. As Vice President, Director, Coe & Van Loo Consultants, Inc., Larry has spent the last 19 years in charge of the CVL Land Survey Department consisting of full-time surveyors, six of which are Registered Land Surveyors, staff surveyors and technicians. He is responsible for supervising construction staking, A.L.T.A.’s, boundaries, and topographies, and he coordinates any changes or adjustments with CVL engineers and clients.
His department also performs all aspects of construction staking, i.e., rough grade, sewer, water, dry utilities, concrete and paving. Mr. Sullivan’s experience includes construction staking and survey services for commercial projects, schools, churches, industrial sites, numerous master planned communities and subdivisions in Maricopa County and Pinal County ranging in size from 10 acres to 9,000 acres.
Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Home Builder’s Association of Central Arizona, Arizona Professional Land Surveyors and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
