Jim Miller, Advisor

Jim has 30 years of credit experience. His extensive banking experience spans from having spent five years as a National Bank Examiner for the COC to being the Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Risk Officer for a multi-state bank. In between he has been Vice President and Manager, Loan Review, Vice President and Manager, Special Assets and Vice President and Manager, Commercial Loans at First Interstate Bank of Casper N.A., Casper, Wyoming, Vice President and Manager, Credit Review at First Interstate Bank of Arizona, N.A., Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, Credit Review at First Interstate Bank--Southwest Region, Loan Team Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Phoenix, Arizona, Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Risk Officer at First National Banks of Arizona and Nevada and Senior Vice President, Chief Lending and Chief Credit Officer, Stearns Bank, Arizona, N.A.

As an independent consultant he has concentrating in all areas of risk management and credit administration, including distressed asset workout administration, portfolio reviews, regulatory law, policies and procedures, ALLL, reporting and special projects. From March-September 2009, he oversaw the implementation of the Troubled Real Estate Asset Disposition (TREAD) Group for Meridian Bank, N.A. of Arizona, a subsidiary of Marquette Financial Group.

Jim received his BA from the University of Oregon and his MBA from the University of Wyoming.
