Daniel De Mos
Daniel is a senior finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of experience, the last seven of which are primarily in the real estate and construction industry. Daniel brings deep knowledge and expertise in areas such as strategic planning/forecasting, business development, management consulting, operational assessment, auditing and technical accounting. He has held a Certified Management Accountant designation since 1999, having been employed both as a senior financial officer, most recently with a DMB Associates subsidiary, and working independently, managing his own private consulting firm. In addition to assisting many clients with their finance and accounting needs, Daniel has been employed in Arizona as the senior financial officer with Sun State Builders/Chamberlain Development and International Coliseums Company where he contributed to the structuring and financing of sizeable project agreements across the U. S. and took an active management position in overseeing their financial performance.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Diploma in Management Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. Additionally, Daniel holds and a Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University. He has held an active real estate license in Arizona for the past 3 years. Prior to working in real estate Daniel spent 8 years in the financial services, high technology and transportation/logistics industries.
