Chris is both a CPM and a CCIM with 16 years of experience in the management and leasing of commercial real estate.
Chris, having worked part-time for Dunlap & Magee, started his real-estate career at Miken Development in Scottsdale, Arizona. In 1998 he became part of the Marcus & Millichap Investment team in their Newport Beach, California office, where through his efforts, brokers were able to secure and sell listings of over $200,000,000.
In 1994 Chris relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada where he joined one of the largest real estate firms in Nevada: NAI Americana/Horizon. There he started and managed his own property management division (McGarey and Partners) and brought in over two million square feet to his management portfolio. Chris and his McGarey and Partners have proven itself by consistently adding property value appreciation for his client’s investments. He is currently managing the overall operations of twenty-nine commercial projects in the Las Vegas area.
