Brian Magee, Advisor
Brian graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Construction Engineering and worked for CECO Engineering in Phoenix as a project engineer building poured concrete structures for The Arizona Center and the Arizona State University College of Architecture. Having grown up in a family involved in the construction and development business, he saw that the real income came from the land and development side of the business. That is when he decided to learn the land business and he joined the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis in it’s Land Division.
In 1989 Brian joined with Gary Magee and Charlie Dunlap to create Magee Homes. Magee Homes and Magee Construction developed and improved residential lots, single-family residences and industrial buildings. He has recently formed Magee Builders LLC. Since 1989 Brian has managed the construction of 1500 single family homes, 2000 residential lots and over 100,000 square feet of industrial space. Additionally Brian managed industrial projects for the past 15 years.
Brian holds both an Arizona General and Commercial General Contractor’s License and is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent. He is an experienced Maricopa Superior Court Appointed Receiver and author of numerous due diligence studies for both local and national lenders.
